Dana is a graduate of James Madison University (‘07), where she earned a Bachelors of Science (Psychology) and a minor in Family Studies. Dana attended graduate school at Towson University, earning her Masters of Arts in Psychology in 2010 & Certificate of Advanced Studies in School Psychology in 2011.
Dana practiced school psychology for over eight years within a public school system before transitioning to her current position of close to 10 years as a psychometrist with Dr. Little-Harrison. When not at DHW, Dana is also employed as a part-time psychologist with one of Virginia’s top ranked private schools, completing admissions testing.
As a mother of three, Dana finds passion in forming meaningful connections with both clients and parents with the goal of making the assessment process both comfortable and informative. Her passion is to provide high quality and thorough psychological and psycho-educational evaluations to positively impact student academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
